  4. What a really good idea to use white beans as a base for a creamy pasta sauce. Yum! And I had to laugh at the "if your processor is like ours" remark. I have a feeling we have the same food processor haha

    1. Haha quite possibly! All those lovely creamy cashew sauces etc are far from my reach, I wouldn't dare blend nuts in mine :-P

  5. Happy Vegan Mofo - I came across your site using the randomofo.com site and I'm so glad I did. I'm always far too hungry to take a stylised photo too, you're a girl after my own heart. Your recipe sounds super tasty too, I've used vegetables as a base to pasta sauces, a great way to up your intake on veg, not that us vegans need too heh? :o)
