    Mmmm, looks yummy. I normally stick to mushroom risottos but this looks wonderful, definitely going to try this at some point.

      I like to make risottos with everything! Mushroom ones are definitely tasty too :)

      OK I'll be honest, sometimes there's little bits that stick to the bottom...but barely. I'm not quite sure what makes it not stick, but it is pretty good!

    The red and green look so pretty together. I also usually make mushroom risotto, but this looks so tempting!
