    Love the idea of using walnuts in your pesto, much cheaper than pine nuts which cost a small fortune. And that is the biggest basil plant I've ever seen!

    Pesto mash is such a great idea! My partner is the biggest mashed potato fan so I will have to share this. I love the smell of basil, it's got to be one of the best smelling herbs there is.

    I have to cut my pesto with parsley as my basil plant is nothing life yours ... the rosemary grows like mad here though ...
