  1. I always cook my rice on the stovetop but.... A microwave rice cooker? What sorcery is this? Now I guess I better start looking for one!

    Anyway, food looks excellent! Just about any stove top, one pot meal is a good thing in my book. Will have to try this!

  2. Lucky you! My family never knew the joys of Indian food. I am semi-obsessed with it now. I look forward to more Indian recipes. So glad you decided to give MoFo a go!

  3. I only cooked rice on the stove for the first time last month! I've made a couple of pilafs years ago but I also have a microwave rice cooker and that was it for me (the downside being the mess it makes in the microwave). I use my benchtop rice cooker now 99% of the time, especially for brown rice but I'm not ready to part with my microwave cooker (that I also used for dumplings)!
